30-DAY RETURNS
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us with your order number and reason. We'll respond within 2 business days
with instructions. Don't send anything back before contacting us.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We cover it if the item
arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you in full, and
you won't need to ship anything back.

REFUNDS
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10
business days.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before they enter processing.
