PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive tracking by email
within 3 days of ordering.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard shipping to the United States takes 8–14 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays and peak seasons.

SHIPPING COST
Free standard shipping on all US orders.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States only.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll
replace it or refund you in full.

WRONG ADDRESS
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it's wrong, email us within 24 hours
and we'll try to correct it. We can't refund orders lost due to an incorrect address
provided at checkout.
